These are just my rambling thoughts, insights, memories, frustrations, praises,---the defragging of my mind. Just a way to share my ups and downs, sillies and weepies, hopes and dreams with those who care to read about them.

A Sunday Walk

Across the street from Mom is Wyeth laboratories (which has now become Pfitzer). It is a huge complex with a park like lawn in front of it that is filled with autumn colors. Today is a perfect fall day so we went for a walk over there. These are the photos from our walk.

It would make your day to have this scene greet you upon arrival to work each day.

"Fall"

Autumn Walks

What a gorgeous path to walk.

These were taken on our walk at "Children's Park".

This was our favorite place to walk up at resorvoir by Barb's house.

Upside down ducks

Canadian goose

More of our walk at Children's Park.

Squirrel with his acorn.

This is right outside Mom's back door.

View from hospital window in Nyack with Hudson river in background.

Another view from hospital window.

Just a view of colorful trees from parking lot in New City.

A tree of gold.

Scene at a farmstand.

a common autumn scene around NY

The New York Pickle Man shop in Nanuet----just down the street from Mom. Don and I looked all over lower Eastside of Manhattan for the pickle man and here he is. But I have not been to visit him yet......

I just love this color.

Outside our back door.

Fall has exploded all around me. It is just so breathtakingly beautiful I cannot stop taking pictures. Such vivid colors. So many shades of red, orange, yellow, gold, brown--all my favorite colors. I just love it. God has just graced this time with his paintings of color. How thankful I am. Coming after our incredibly BROWN summer back home this beauty just amazes me. I must share it with you.

Autumn in New York

Yes, I know it is on here twice but I could not seem to delete it.

Fun at Depieros Farm and Market

I love these Macoun apples.

That's Babes in the middle there--our favorite bar and grill.

This was a nice memorial to 9-11 victims. Hudson river is in the background.
Hot bagels coming off the line at Rockland Bakery. A yummy place to visit.

This is Mom's apartment building...our home away from home.
